I'd like it to be Simo Valakari.  I've never heard of him, but he sounds like a cross between a Viking and a ninja.  A lethal combination.

Wright is probably the best option but his teams are pretty similar to Robinson's in that they tend to be shite for half a season at a time so I don't think he's guaranteed to turn us around.

I'd love Lasley to work out but I'm 99% sure he'd take us down. Mo Ross seems to have a wee bit more about him even if he does come across as a fruit loop, he'd probably be my choice if we're going internal.
