Outstanding individual performances all round, not a single flaw. Delighted for Craig and Kane, for differing reasons, just a shame Murray Davidson couldn't get on the park. My big mate does it again, Shaun now goes down in St Johnstone history as the man who delivered the winning goal in the first ever league cup final victory. The Bellshill Cafu right enough.

This Celtic squad would probably have buckled even further with full parkhead on their back . Look at their collapse in form that followed a few hundred of an angry mob gathering outside the stadium . Players like Duffy , laxalt and the conveyer belts of goalies wouldn’t have turned into better players with 60,000 raging at them at parkhead

Not based on the goal, based entirely on his interview and how he acted around the trophy presentation Cult hero already.

Big balls to get interviewed and although obviously gutted he was so pleased for his team mates. Proved himself to be a class act.

third lanark
Congratulations St Johnstone and unlucky Livingston. both clubs are having an incredible season mix it wasn’t for the pandemic would have probably tried to go to this game with Hampden just over the road and I think it would have been a great family atmosphere
Mr Heliums
Think I'm most pleased for Liam Craig. Fantastic servant to Saints and great to see him pick up a winner's medal at last.

Blootoon87
Well played St Johnstone, fully deserved. No shame in Peterhead getting knocked out by the eventual winners.

Afro
Better team won, don’t think any Livingston fan could have any complaints about the result. Disappointing that we never grasped the opportunity, or looked like we actually wanted to - we didn’t set out to play to our own strengths, and played right into Saints’. Our form has absolutely nosedived since the last game against St Johnstone, securing a place in the top six would be an achievement in itself given where we sat in November, but it’ll be a power of work to hold on to fifth. Struggling to see where goals or wins are coming from with who we have coming up.
