Yep, should we pull it off, the PO against BOD could be very tight. As was our game in the Junior Cup.

Den Spark
Was at the Tayport/St James game. Thought the Dundee boys a bit unlucky not to come away with a point. Lights good.

Marten
With Lochee United being called off, I went to the one game that was on, Letham 0-4 Arbroath Vics. First half was pretty close, with Vics scoring late on. In the second half it was a pretty one-sided affair. The Letham goalkeeper made a number of excellent saves, but once the guests scored a second, I was expecting more and that's exactly what happened.

Might make my first visit for this. https://www.scottishjuniorfa.com/east-region/cup-competitons/quest-precision-engineering-cup/ P.S. That's another Saturday they can't use to catch up on their 7 fixtures behind league leaders Bridge of Don Thistle. BOD can of course play as many midweek home fixtures as they want if agreed.

I see they're playing Deveronside away on Wednesday night, didn't realise they had floodlights.

Aberdeenshire Council seemingly played a blinder here - Tesco wanted to build a store on Canal Park in Banff, so the council signed a deal with them, so long as they built what is now the Myrus Sports Centre. Tesco decided not to build, but the council held them to their agreement to build the sports centre. So they got the hall and astro pitch, complete with floodlights and a tiny stand*, mostly funded by a supermarket. It's a nice wee facility. Spoiler *cue the usual suspects saying 'Side will be going for an SFA licence soon... Edited December 13, 2021 by Cyclizine

Marten
Why was Lochee of today ? Deputy Dawg ?Fog, I got to the ground when it was just called off and couldn't really argue with it tbh. Impossible to see the whole pitch wherever you stand.

Same at Craigie Park - Fog had become like pea soup - annoying as looked like it would have been a good second half.
