Bye bye baby, baby goodbye.

Any P&Bers ever been part of a 70s boy band?

Any P&Bers ever been teenyboppers?

Any P&Bers wear tartan braid on their trousers?

Shang-a-lang Les, shang-a-lang son.

Quite a sad story about the BCR’s was it not? Wasnt a fan but seems they were pretty badly treated and shafted out of royalties etc?

Their manager was the incredibly dodgy Tam Paton

He offered to manage Edinburgh band Bilbo Baggins and turn them into the new Rollers apparently but BB knew how dodgy he was and turned him down.

I'm too young to remember Rollermania but I met Alan Longmuir's niece once. Wid.

Aye, they all should've been absolutely minted but ended up with next to nothing and having to get normal jobs. Sure one of them was a plumber for a bit if i mind right,  another one lived near my parents for a while in a fairly bog standard area. Criminal when you consider they reportedly sold over 120 million records, in an era where folk paid a few quid for records as well.

Wasn’t one of them a beast? I mean, law of averages in the 70s and all that.

Aye Derek Longmuir pleaded guilty to possessing child pornography although it was claimed later that he had been set up by an obsessed American fan

Did you stay at The Coatbridge Hotel with the rest of The Osmonds when they toured here.

^^^Little known fact.

Another being The Rolling Stones stayed at The Stepps Hotel in Cranhill  while on your in the early 70s. Fortunately not on one of the nights it got burnt down.
