Their manager was the incredibly dodgy Tam Paton He offered to manage Edinburgh band Bilbo Baggins and turn them into the new Rollers apparently but BB knew how dodgy he was and turned him down. Sure one of them was a plumber for a bit if i mind right, another one lived near my parents for a while in a fairly bog standard area. I vaugley remeber seeing one of thier earlier lineups at Cragburn in Gourock in the very early 70s.. Ashamedly I also saw Slik in their number one days..
