Police Community Support Officer Murdered

Recommended Posts

On the news today that Julia James, a police community support officer, has been found dead in woodlands in Dover with "significant head injuries". Apparently she wasn't working or in uniform at the time.

Will we see a Sarah Everard style reaction, albeit from a slightly different angle here?

It took a few days to confirm Sarah Everard was dead which allowed the media to build the story.

When the police find a body, the story is done until someone gets lifted.

Two hours and no amusing anecdotes about posters murdering police community support officers? This forum has gone to the dogs.

If that Chris from Inverness had posted this we’d have a better response. That boy is box office?

Quite ironic that the genuine police story of the week is all about an officer who was not in the line of duty.

Alliterative names are cool. RIP.

I have an alliterative name. A colleague once told me it sounded like a superhero's name. She quickly corrected herself to clarify that she meant when they're normal and not a superhero.

Very worrying that a week on from the murder there is still no suspect or motive. Very little  reports on either the TV or Newspapers. Compared to the equally tragic Sarah Everard case, this has been kept on the down low for some reason

She's not as much of a "wid" as Sarah Everard so the media and public don't care.

There's not much to report and the police will be looking at all potential perpetrators. They can hardly put out a statement saying we're looking into whether the husband did it or not.

The case with the two sisters found dead in a London  park which has been in the media recently for police officers sharing photos took a month to arrest the suspect.

Commenting on her attractiveness in the press release photos of her murder is a pretty weird take.

Has a new person taken over your username?

Commenting on how hot dead people are/were is very P&B.
