Mordecai
I'm pretty sure that the Venn diagram of people who use scissors to cut their pizza and people who stand up to wipe their arse is a perfect circle.

Sometimes, though, if i'm less hungry 8 is too much, so I'll cut it into 6 slices instead. 4 minutes ago, Zen Archer Esq. said: I cut mine into 6 slices as 8 is usually far too much.

IMO scissors are the greatest implement for cutting pizza followed by an actual pizza cutter. Those who use knife and fork are OFTW The bloke in the Kebab shop has already carved it in to either 6 or 8 delicious slices (12" number) and then post arrival each slice is picked up and devoured straight from the box (bugger covid concerns). No need for any cutlery or crockery and once consumed the empty box can go straight into the grey bin. All good.
Derry Alli
If you want a debate settled, you provide a poll. You also disregard anyone's vote who clicks "Scissors" and we all hope the moderating team do their duty on those profiles.

Cardinal Richelieu
I can't be the only wag who answers the question "How many slices do you want your pizza sliced into?" with "seven". It must be the highlight of my local takeaway's week when I pull out that gag. It's the little things. Serve you right if the guy cuts it into eight then eats one himself.
eez-eh
The Italians serve it whole and use a knife and fork as they’re eating it. At home it’s a pizza cutter and into eight slices. The thought of someone using scissors gives me the creeps.

This is the method used at Pogen Towers. I would add that said implement was bought specifically for pizza cutting. Never been near an £800 roll of wallpaper.
superbigal
I respect the jocular nature of those that cut into 6 slices because they are too hungry to eat 8. However on a more scientific note. My Pizza preferred establishment sell their offerings in 10" or 12" Diameter. The standard difference in price is £1.00 My favourite a Chicken Bhuna Pizza is £7.00 for 10" or £8.00 for 12" Now the area of a 10" Pizza is 78.5" Sq. That of a 12" Pizza is 113" Sq. Why would anyone buy a 10" at £0.09 per Square Inch as opposed to £0.07 per Square inch for a 12". Is this common practice ?
G51
What genius came up with the idea to use a scissors for pizza. That's the same cutting implement you'd use to open a tube of glue you freaks.
