Dundee FC vs Kilmarnock FC & Kilmarnock FC vs Dundee FC

Recommended Posts

There's a small part of me that would be alright with getting put out (as long as it's not a humiliation). Looking at the teams in the Championship for next season, in theory, it should be the easiest it's been in a while (it's never easy) so for the team that loses this, it could be quite an enjoyable season battling for the title next season.

Obviously getting through this tie is much preferable, but I don't think it'd be the end of the world tbh.

If Killie go down could plastic pitches be voted against in the top league?

I think the 10-2 rule still applies here so we would need to relegate Hamilton which is proving harder to do than cold fusion or Livingston.

Is this a whoosh or have you not seen the final table?

Was just about to post words to that effect.

Nope not a woosh, just Myself being an idiot. Despite sitting in the garden for hours yesterday listening to it being discussed on Sportsound and then off the ball I decided to wipe this glorious event from my mind. I did have some cask strength Deanston later which may explain the memory loss.

ETA - I even put a twitter video in the Hamilton thread about it the other day

Nah. Let’s get the f**k out of this league please.

Thank you.

Cant say I’ve seen much of either team this season but I’d suspect Killie might be a bridge too far for Dundee, particularly if Killie can keep Lafferty scoring.

Dundee fans being told they have absolutely no chance against a team who have been on the slide since being punted out of Europe by Connah Quays.

This is a Kilmarnock team who couldn't even beat St Mirren with two young players out in a massive game last midweek.

Comical scenes here. Kilmarnock are favourites no doubt, but the way some of you are speaking is a full blown minter.

Thank you.

Agree with this. Kilmarnock are rightfully favourites, they're in the top league and we're not, but this is a side that has lost 22 league games this season. There shouldn't be a world of difference between the two even if Kilmarnock are in decent form.

If we get humiliated the way Falkirk did then questions would need to be asked of McPake for a failure in preparation IMO.

See if we've been stinking it out for years... what does that say for St Mirren who have finished below us the last 6 seasons?

St Mirren have taken their turns in the Championship. Your turn now.

Off you pop.
