Fermers v Dundee United FC 22/08/21

Recommended Posts

Won’t be attending but will try to get the game via FermerTV PPV.

For us it will depend on which team turns up, the Lacklustre Aberdeen/Ayr one or the Sevco destroyers.

Hopefully the Fermers will be tired and dispirited after their Euros adventures on Thursday and their RyanAir flight is diverted to Kabul.

Don’t know if away fans are getting into this but if they do I trust they will enjoy themselves.

Can't think of any reason we won't be able to attend. Nothing on either official site though.

EDIT> On United's Twitter: St Johnstone are currently working on away end tickets for Sunday's upcoming match. These will be available online later this week.

2-1 United got a weird feeling about this.

Two goals for United? That's certainly weird.

A 1-1 draw as we just want the game out the way ahead of our home European game.

A result that'll be greeted with great joy from United fans who tell us we're "pish" 3000 times.

Few points here.

1. This isn't a Derby, no matter how hard Saintees want it to be.

2. St Johnstone are by far performing the best out of the clubs in the general area of Tayside, enjoy it lads Lord knows you have waited long enough to enjoy some success.

3. Ye's are all tractor driving fannies.

The Arbroath cup tie was a bigger game for us than this. We’re likely to pick our reserves and youths for this one.

Used to enjoy matches against utd back when they were around our level, to be fair they always brought a good away support to McDiarmid, especially compared to Dundee who for some reason usually struggled to fill the north stand.

Hopefully there’s a bit of interest and a good home crowd turn out.  We better be getting a double cup parade here,  as a lap round the park in a friendly against fleetwood doesn’t cut it.

Shitehoused both us and Dundee in one sentence. Sometimes you have to just sit back and admire.

Its fertiliser for the farms of Angus, a United stronghold with Dundee being the peoples club of Dundee.

Your posts would fertilise the whole of Angus and Perthshire.
