Games are starting to run out for us we are again losing far to easily

Hopefully with the Cup Final the next week players will give that bit more.

As always a very difficult game hopefully have Connelly and Cochrane back for this

Win this and we're effectively safe from the drop. That is all the motivation the players should need this week.

I'll probably go to this.

Note of caution - don't think I've ever seen Queens win at either NDP or the original Douglas Park ... and God only knows I've been often enough! Maybe I should stay away?

Meh. I can't see ourselves or Dunfermline suddenly things around. I think everyone is safe now other than us two.

Well Hamilton were poor for me in the first game at Palmerston and the referee all but gifted them the second game with a shocking decision. Both times they beat us comfortably though and given our record against them this season and at NDP in general, it's hard not to see this being another comfortable Hamilton victory.

We should have got a right doing in the midweek game at NDP earlier this season, instead of a narrow defeat, luckily the Hamilton forwards seemed to have their shooting boots on the wrong feet. Forget the Diddy Cup Final the remaining league games are our real cup finals and we need to fight for every ball and get in opponents faces. Hamilton's tails will be up after their Saturday result so we'll need to be at them from the off. Approach with the same workrate and attitude as we did at Kilmarnock and we'll at least give ourselves a chance of getting something from the game.

Can we win two in a row for the first time this season, and in turn take maximum points against Queens? Probably not.

Relax, you're reasonably safe from the drop, no need to get greedy. Settle for winning every second game and it will be a good end to the season for you.

I spent way too long earlier this week checking to see the last time we got 4 wins out of 4 in the league. Seemed to be Morton 14 years ago but I'm still not 100% sure.

I checked to see the last time Queens lost 4 out of 4 in the league. It didn’t take very long - December 2020.
Incidentally, this is the first time this season Queens have lost 3 league games in a row.

Good to see McKechnie getting a start. Hopefully he grabs the chance with both hands. Great Connolly being back as well.
