Your guys looked well.organised and had good energy, you should have a better season than last but you look a bit short on numbers.

We had a few missing from defence + trialsts, the 2nd half line-up was more familiar.

Seems like a promising result for us tonight.

How do you think EF will get on this season? I don't think a lot of EF fans were expecting to be in the play off last term!

Heard the ex Cowden loanees Alex Ferguson and Sam Denholm were superb for yous last season.

Yes especially Ferguson who is a great talent, last loanee who impressed this way was Jason Kerr.

Hopefully we are aiming again for the playoffs, we deffinetly won't win the league !

Trying to work out who wasn't in the squad last night. Think the only subs who didn't get on were Farrell and a trialist. So Kevin Smith, Callum Murray, Gregor Jordan and Matty McDonald were on hols/injured. Thought Jack Duncan was outstanding as was Zac Butterworth. The trialist CB (No 5 ?) looked the part. Already have serious man love for Robbie McNab......🤩

Kev Smith and matty and gregor didn't play and had knocks.

Callum murray came on 2nd half.

Farrell only player not to get on.

Thought the boys were terrific and again you can see the way that calum wants to play. Press energetic play with quality and have pace down sides.

Didn't deserve to lose however east fife have 2 top class lower league forwards and that was why they won the game really. We could have scored 3 or 4 easily.

New gk was calm and composed for a young lad has a good aura about him and his kicking was very good.

Hopefully the fans can see the development and the hard work going on to get a successful and winning team on the pitch. There's bag loads of quality and energy in this group.

Mon the cowden.

Yes, the keeper was good, was confident and his kicking was excellent ( something we've missed for several seasons)

All in all a good performance in a game we should have won.

Not with that defence. Their centre half is a bomb scare.

It was a pre season friendly and in the first half it looked like their fringe players and trialists including Alfie.

Second half was a stronger side from them.

I would imagine when the first league game kicks off their line up will be no where near last nights starting XI.
