Pies are good but would be better if they opened it a bit earlier.

Linlithgow High Street would make for a cracking pub crawl.

It does that, you should do the Linlithgow trail next time you are through. Six pubs from Platform 3 at the station, ending at West Port which is 2 mins from Prestonfield https://www.facebook.com/Linlithgowpubtrail/ . Get a t-shirt for your efforts (and £5).

The trail is crap now only 6 pubs on it. There are 9 pubs on High Street from Platform 3 to the West Port and the Rose club make a proper pub crawl.

Aye for the worst 🤣😂

It has actually, much better when the old stand was the full length of the pitch with 3000 seats, stock car track wasn't as intrusive with no big fences obstructing the view and the terrace went further down.

Still better than a lot of grounds down here mind you.

Fence wasn't there when I started going in the mid 70s, I think the first fence around the track was in the late 70s early 80s when wheels came off cars and ended up in the crowd, the council must have given the stock car company grief about it.

On the subject of groundhopping, is Threave Rovers ground the opposite end of the town from the Tesco?
