Spain
The story I heard was that it was a done deal that he was going on loan there until the Jackson deal - we're now holding on to him due our shortage of numbers at the moment. Hopefully we can resolve our wagebill issue and get some midfielders in, because that would be a good move for all involved IMO.
ICTChris
Fining players is a bit odd. Imagine you forgot something for work and your manager said "This is the third time you've forgotten your laptop in the last quarter, give me £50"

Sherrif John Bunnell
It sounds a bit like the Wrestler's Court that punishes similar petty indiscretions behind the scenes in WWE. I imagine The Undertaker will be a slightly more intimidating judge that Richard Foster though. http://www.thesportster.com/wrestling/top-12-insane-stories-from-wrestlers-court/
StoneThrowAway
What a whole load of bollocks on the past few pages on here. I thought OTB was bad.....
forkboy
It's pre-season, we're signing no one, what else is there to talk about?
bunglebonce
There was a rumour of this in January, when he hadn't played much for Celtic late 2015. Then he had a pretty decent early 2016 for them. Isn't he out injured at the moment? It would be some coup, but I'll only believe it when it happens. RiG
That would be a smashing signing for you lads. Is he really what you need though? Reading that last couple of pages it doesn't sound like it.
Sherrif John Bunnell
He would be an ideal solution to our winger woes if he can stay fit. There's also the obvious attraction of him being closer to home as well.

Yup, we've been crying out for a first XI left winger, Gardyne filled that role last season but he's far more effective on the right or centre. GMS and one more central midfielder and we're good to go
RiG
With Davies looking like he is staying will that affect the chances of you making those signings? If there was one positive of him leaving it would be that his wages would free up a couple of new players.

He may well still go, there's are others who may be surplus to requirements like Robertson, Boyd, Foster, Dingwall, Franks. These are just my suggestions as I can't see then all being first team picks, especially if we go with three at the back so there's room to free up wages if required.

bunglebonce
Plus a tweet in Gaelic from Alex O'Henley saying it could happen as early as this afternoon. vs Hopefully that's just Rodgers being Rodgers with the media. It's not often Scott Burns gets something wrong.
Forfinn
Scott Burns, Alex O'Henley and the P&J have all been pretty firm that it's happening. Odd that Rodgers would deny all knowledge. Those journos all are going to look fairly foolish if they've been sold a kipper. I reckon there's got to be something in it.
Burghstag
There is a lot going on that really makes no sense to me. I know I am not alone but I really despise this formation/system we are playing; don't get it, don't see what it brings us and it appears to be solely for the purpose of fitting players in. It is the main factor for our defeat today and any team that are direct and attack us with pace will score for fun; Caley Jags next week for one. The back 3, decent players, but to have 3 slow 30+ centre backs playing together is suicide. Are we only playing this to have all 3 playing, I don't think Jim knows which one to leave out if we were to change to a back four Same can be said for the front 3, (all be it Boyce does drop slightly deeper) the 3 do not appear to have gelled, very little link up play. Again it appears as just fitting players in rather than making a decision on who to leave out. Everyone has seen that our midfield is weak. I am not convinced by Routis, he does play the odd decent pass but today gave away so many stupid fouls (leading to his eventual booking) and misplaced a lot of passes. We really need to find someone to strengthen this past of the field Our wingers/wingbacks today appeared lost at times, not sure whether to drop back or stay up field. Gardyne had a decent enough second half but he is no defender and in this system needs to be at times, same can be said for Franks, (Kenny the opposite able to defend but is not a winger) without the protection of a full back behind them, we are exposed. McShane showed last year that he is able to take a free kick, yet today was over-ruled by both Routis and Schalk. Neither of whom even hit target, I saw McShane gesture to the bench after the second one - quite right, I would have been annoyed also. Schalk, dives, he really annoyed me, twice in the first half made opportunities for himself but chose to dive instead shooting. This just led to him getting nothing out of the ref even when he was genuinely fouled. A lot of shouts for a penalty around me, but it was definitely not. Graham, needs to time his jumps better, goes too early, I am not sure if he connected once today with anything that came his way in the air. Jim, surely must see that the system is not working, would love us to go back to 4-4-2 for next week and be a bit more rigid, fear for us if we don’t. Would bring back in Fraser/Cikos and Foster at full back with Quinn and Mceveley at centre half. Mceveley could be moved to left back to accommodate Davis however for me Foster was our most consistent player last season and Davis a month ago did not want to be here; Foster deserves the start. Either or at right back out of the other two. Up front, Curran has to start, we look so much better with him playing, I would drop Schalk. Difficult decision in deciding who to play with him out of Graham or Boyce; Graham in recent times could be seen as our most in form striker. Boyce has been well off form but we know that he and Curran link up well together and hopefully starting together again would rekindle this pairing. For that reason, I would start Boyce. Would love to see us take in a winger (GMS? Not sure if this is true now) and a central midfield player before next week, other than playing Gardyne on the right the midfield will continue to be a problem. Fox Cikos/Fraser Quinn Mceveley Foster Gardyne ? ? ? Boyce Curran

Mceveley was at fault for 2 or maybe all 3 goals.
