Was interesting to hear Doolan talk after the game and explain the tactical changes - not complex stuff, but basically go to three at the back since we knew Ayr would shell it high towards the box a lot so an extra guy to deal with that. Watching the highlights, it looks like we were hardly ever threatened bar the one where Sneddon rushed out and Akinyemi poked it wide from outside the box.

Probably a bit concerning for Bullen that a guy with six days managerial experience has sussed him out so easily.

I think it's obvious to everyone with eyes that our only discernable style of play is to boot it straight to Dipo and hope he pulls something off.  It's a very easy tactic to stop, just double up on Dipo, and either our manager or players lack the tactical ability to exploit the space elsewhere that creates.

Yeah - I think Doolan will have harder tactical battles to come.

Bullen may be a good man manager, but he is utterly brainless tactically.

Which isn't always an issue provided the right coaching team is complimenting the manager. Just look at McCall’s time with us, by all accounts he signed the players and sat in his car at training.

Which suggests that the coaching team aren’t up to it tactically either, or Bullen just makes all the decisions himself.

Bullen has got more at his distribution than McCall, we've not got a full blow data analysis guy who's supposed to tell Bullen what's right and wrong

Last 20 minutes were hard to watch but a massive three points, thought Muirhead  had a great game along with Holt is Brownlie injured

Thought Brownlie was on the bench?  Sadly think he’s regressed a bit with injuries- doesn’t seem quite the player he was

Jag supporters who sing and chant….hello!

Red’n’yellow Army

Yellow Army

Firhill Army

Never quite sure what to holler!!

I thank you

It's none of these. "Joanna Lumley" and repeat, you'll be grand.

Hope you enjoyed the drum this week.

First away day I've been to in ages as well. Always enjoy Ayr away.
