Despite the fact that we've been poor for weeks now, Dougie Imrie is a fraud (not to mention a complete rocket) and it's unlikely that fluke of a streak continues. Thank you. Thanks for your latest thick as mince contribution Owen.

Hampden Diehard
The Dees doing their best to derail our attempts to avoid the title. Cove winning today means that they have a decent chance of avoiding bottom spot. Hopefully Paul Hartley gives the Dundee fans something to get frothing at the mouth at. Inverness on 55 have played a game more so can only reach 58. Partick are on 53 but because Queen’s Park and Dundee play each other on the final day, one of them is guaranteed to reach at least 60. Rest easy. We're putting them to bed next week.

More amusingly, it now assures that the winner will have either the lowest wining point total, or tied for it, in 29 seasons at the second tier (correcting the two shortened season by multiplying their totals by 1.33). Edit: Clarifying that's the entire 3 points for a win era. Edited April 22, 2023 by TxRover

Largely down to the fact that each team has been beating every other team in the league. Who would have thought Cove would have beaten Arbroath today?....or Accies coming within a bawhair of beating the jags?
Stuntiethumper
So no one wants to win this league then?

I mean, taking a point off the team that's won 6 out of 7 including 1 in a cup competition against a top flight outfit isn't the worst result in the world and still keeps us in pole position.
EaglesandSpiders
My gambling friends from Istanbul, who know I follow the Scottish Championship, ask me for betting tips and I keep telling them they will have better odds at russian roulette than placing a bet in the business end of this season

The Master
There would be something quite poetic about Morton winning us the title. Need to beat Cove first though. Not taking that for granted.
qpfc
Incredible we’re actually still in this race. Been hoaching for about 7 weeks now and yet we’re 2 victories from the title. I’m still not convinced we’ll take this to the last day. We’re dreadful against Morton and I was really hoping they’d have nothing to play for by next week. We’re in the playoffs worst case scenario so the players should be bursting a gut to try get these wins. Exciting times nonetheless
Morton Supporter
With apologies in advance that I’m going to sound like your typical old firm supporter; if Dundee win on Friday night leaving Queen’s Park on the brink against us on Saturday, the ref will bend over backwards to help them win to take things to the final day.
johnnydun
10 goal cushion over Queens Park. They play Morten next week. They wouldn't? Would they?
