What hasn't helped is waiting for 6 months to rearrange matches that were postponed for Scottish Cup and Junior Cup ties away back in August/September etc. Imo postponed games should be played ASAP, especially when it was already obvious then that Talbot and others were falling way behind with their league games.

Correct. Like every year in the last 40 pal. The pyramid hasn't really changed anything.

It was understandable when only a few clubs had lights, but it's bizarre now that they aren't being utilised.

Spent the whole of last season being told it would be much better when the league went to 16 clubs. Seemingly not.

Are you deliberately being awkward or are you something else ?
Player is on the payroll of said club so club should have all records of all games they play in regardless if they are on loan .

It’s really simple

So the parent club don’t keep a record of when their player plays in a cup match ??? Are you being serious here

I'm late to the party here but this is a simply bizarre notion. Do you seriously think Clyde have nothing better to do than troll around social media looking for team lists in non league cup ties and making needless notes about them when it is of no consequence whatsoever to them? Thats a truly ridiculous idea.

There are currently about a dozen or so QoS players out on loan in the non leagues somewhere. Mostly in the South of Scotland league but there are two at Gartcairn and one in the West at Threave. I've got a million better things to do with the 20 or 30 hours a week I do for the club on top of holding down a full time job without giving a monkey's which cup ties any of them have played in if we dont play in said cup.

In absolutely no circumstances is the parent club's answer as to whether a player is cup tied carrying a single iota of authority anyway. It matters not whether Clyde said he was or wasnt. It's Talbot's responsibility to check it, not Clyde's. Seemingly they did and were wrongly advised and hence won their appeal. Checking with Clyde is a complete red herring though.
