The Bo'ness United one is misleading with the incomplete data. The person doing it still divided the total attendance from 7 games by the 17. They probably would be in the 300s easily. 2022-23 which had complete headcounts had 298 as the average. Linlithgow Rose, Albion Rovers and a better season on the pitch should have boosted that.

I have absolutely no place and no problem what people want to discuss, not in any way trying to challenge that. Everyone has that inviolate right. My take is when we are all looking forward to probably the most competitive and exciting Lowland League ever, we have a thread dedicated to failure. Not for me. Relegation is part of football as much as promotion, I mean what part of that don't you get?
FairWeatherFan
It will be the single greatest relegation battle football has ever seen. 17 teams all ending on the same points, having to be split by various tiebreakers. Then EKFC fail miserably in the SPFL2 Play-off final to Elgin City. Dashing Gretna 2008's slim hopes of survival.

You're right to be surprised. The table has calculated the average over all 17 games, but Bo'ness only figures for 7 of them. The average for those is just over 400.

As others have pointed out, the average from the matches for which attendances were given is over 400. I suspect the reason the guy who collates the figures averages by all matches and not just those for which he has the figures is to nudge clubs into providing the numbers.

Its been known for months that the BUs were missing a number of fixtures and nothing has been provided. While club sources are preferred, they could come from anyone. No one stepped up.
newcastle broon
Gala been very quiet. Last season they were alarmingly sliding down the league.Could they be in for a relegation struggle this season? Everybody seems to think it's a formality Gretna will finish bottom?

Keeping cards close to their chests This was there 1st match v a Hamilton select. They've since lost to Musselburgh beat Vale of Leithen lost to Hill o Beath and beaten Newtongrange. Maybes a new era down Netherdale way.

Think i've said elsewhere there's hope for Gretna 2008. New manager bounce and the unknown of how that will go. The highs of beating a favoured St Cadoc's side to losing 3-0 to Creetown is keeping people guessing. Looking for an alternative it does lead to Gala. The manager's been there a while. Might be running out of fresh ideas and contacts to bring in decent signings. Must be getting harder to attract from the Edinburgh area without the cash to back it up that other teams can offer.

lowenan
At this time, it’s nearly impossible to predict who will get relegated this season.
Deanburn Dave
Pick one from Gala, East Stirlingshire, Broomhill IMO Definitely not Gretna who despite losing 3-0 at the BU's impressed.
