There is an "international window" between March 18-26 2024 - so there is scope for 2 friendlies (presuming that we qualify & don't need the play offs) - I would imagine that one of those games could be at Hampden as a wee send off but I could be completely wrong about that

Easyjet released their summer 2024 flights yesterday so that's us booked up, flying out on Saturday 15th June.

Took the plunge. Decided to fly to Brussels £25. Train to Cologne in around 1.5 hours. £20. Not a huge gamble if we manage to make a mess of qualification

I currently have 11 loyalty points, missed out on Spain but planning on going to France which should take me to 13 points.

I know someone did a table somewhere, do we think 13 points would be enough for Euros tickets if/when we qualify?

I'm absolutely kicking myself for missing the friendly vs Poland in March 2022 which I don't think drops off before tickets would be released I assume?

Georgia is an option but having looked at the travel and bank account, it would be a squeeze

Any advice appreciated

currently 4197 on 13 points and above so i would suggest that would currently easily get you a ticket.

I'm sure i read somewhere  it said each team get 16% and the smallest one is Leipzig at 43k then that would give the SSC an allocation of 6880

Norway at home knocks Denmark off so Poland would still be there by the time tickets are released unless we collapse into the playoffs.

Dusseldorf - 8164

You're on 11 points with 4518 others, 7132 are on 12+ so even assuming every single member above you in points takes their ticket for the euros you'd still be in with a shout of a ticket for 9 of the 10 stadia if you don't increase your points . 13 points will almost certainly guarantee it for you if you manage to get to France or Georgia.

I can't see a huge amount of people on 11 or below getting above you by the time tickets go on sale for the Euros as the allocations for France and Georgia will probably be in the 2-3k range each and a fair chunk of those will be taken by people already above you anyway.

The ballot for tickets for this starts a week tomorrow, does anyone have any idea how it actually works? I have attempted to look into it, but there doesn’t seem to be much information about it other than it’s happening.

It opens but no tickets are allocated for weeks yet. Its just an application phase. You dont need to be there bang on 9am type thing for a rush.

Yeah - just reading that. Think I’ve found an article now - choose a date and stadium type of deal. Very awkward to know what to apply for, there’s grounds I want to visit regardless if Scotland are (hopefully) playing in them but could end up getting tickets for games and Scotland are also playing that day!

I'm planning basically to put in for tickets for every single game I'm there for. You can only be allocated one set of tickets per day per person applying. If you get lucky you end up with Scotland tickets, if not you hopefully have something to go to and need to take your chances further down the line for Scotland games.

You can apply from 1pm tomorrow to 1pm Thursday, not sure when the lottery is held.

Yeah, and there will be a resale hub set up by UEFA in the Spring when you should be able to get shot of the ones you don't want, along with swapping unofficially. I'm going for the r16 games and QFs in Berlin, Hamburg and Leipzig as I'll be based in Berlin, just hoping I and Scotland get lucky or I'll be able to swap. Covered the group stage by going mental and booking hospitality.
