Not saying the media are in the right here but this is literally how referees behave. Very often you'll see a "yellow card" level foul go unpunished when the player is already booked. Kovacic against Arsenal two weeks ago for one.

Anyone else having occasional TNT buffering issues?

Says internet connection is down, but that's clearly bollox.

(first time I've used this through Discovery+, so unsure if the weather's a factor)

I fully agree it was a second yellow. But why was the ref so slow in giving the second yellow? Do you think he was waiting for “confirmation” from elsewhere?
