Apparently the draw for both the Extra Preliminary and Preliminary rounds are in under 90mins time, though it seems to have barely registered in SFA publicity terms, and the entry plus draw numbers do not even seem to have been publicised anywhere (though they're easily deduced per below).

Alex Jack holders Luncarty hoping for a bye, failing that Loch Ness or Abbey Vale; while the remainder of the league run the usual gauntlet.

Midland Juniors (1)     Carnoustie
North Juniors
     Premier (1)     Culter
Amateurs (1)     Cupar Hearts

Second Division (4)     Burntisland, Coldstream, Dalkeith, Easthouses

Preliminary Round
Broxburn Athletic v Lochee United
Camelon v Newtongrange Star
Carluke Rovers v Dalbeattie Star
Carnoustie/Beith v Bonnyton Thistle
Creetown v Whitehill Welfare
Culter v Blackburn United
Cumnock v Girvan
Dunbar United v Vale of Leithen
Easthouses Lily v Threave Rovers
Fort William v Clydebank
Glenafton Athletic v Darvel
Hawick Royal Albert v Golspie Sutherland
Hill of Beath Hawthorn v Tayport
Irvine Meadow v Dunipace
Jeanfield Swifts v Abbey Vale/Cupar
Kilwinning Rangers v Glasgow University
Musselburgh Athletic v Coldstream
Newton Stewart v Luncarty/Loch Ness
Penicuik Athletic v Rutherglen Glencairn
Pollok v Benburb
Preston Athletic v Dundonald Bluebell
St Andrews United v Haddington Athletic
St Cuthbert Wanderers v Dalkeith Thistle
Sauchie v Burntisland Shipyard
Tynecastle v Hutchison Vale
Wigtown & Bladnoch v Auchinleck Talbot

Overall an encouraging draw. With about half the complement, bound to be several all-East ties; only Blackburn and Dunipace will be unfancied IMO... Broxburn and Penicuik need to be on-their-mettle... Dalkeith, Easthouses, Hawick, Luncarty, Whitehill all capable.

Looking forward to our trip to Broxburn. Definitely not the easiest opponent we could have had, but it could also clearly have been worse. Should be a good game. With us being in such a local league I look forward to the cups even more as we get to go to other places, I reckon we can take a fair few down to Broxburn.

Come down hungry and make sure you get a steak and haggis pie before they sell out!! You can thank me on your first bite!

Sausage rolls also recommended if you need a bit extra!

I agree Lochee will not be the easiest opponents for us but as you say it could be worse. Think it will be a pretty even game having seen Dundee North End twice in the last few years. Should be a good crowd too so looking forward to it 🇮🇩🇮🇩

I'm pretty sure we'll be able to put a supporters bus on, there should be a good following coming to Broxburn. Are there any decent places at/near the ground for a pre-match pint?

Greentree Tavern... 5 mins from stadium

Bowling club opposite the ground is decent

And the actual bar in the ground itself (upstairs)is good for a wee chill out and pint

And make sure you get a pie!

Luncarty ready for the biggest game in their history v Loch Ness tomorrow.

By my reckoning the first Scottish Cup tie held in landward Perthshire since Blairgowrie 3-3 Buckie on 4th February 1939.

I took a trip up to watch them today. Their 3-1 win was more comfortable than the score might suggest. Hit the bar and the post in the first half and the Loch Ness keeper had 4 or 5 great saves.
