Scotland v England 150th year anniversary match

Recommended Posts

Seen this script a few times. Don't quite match up in the press and get completely passed off the park

There needs to be an element of fixing it quickly before half time when it's not working. Can't always wait until we're completely beat before changing it

McGinn and McTominay are completely wasted in those wide positions. Need someone to get closer to Adams, he's completely isolated

It's a shame that a daft error to make it 2-0 has almost certainly killed the game.

That said, whilst we've improved massively recently, this England side are 4th in the World, lost the Final of the last Euros, and were unlucky against France in the last World Cup. They'll be in the mix in Germany too.

This is a different level to what we've been playing recently, and it shows. The friendly v France will be the same. We need these games (and the Nations League League A games that are coming too) to learn how to play against top top opposition.

We've been crap but I think a lot of that's down to England making us look crap.

I think we're playing it like we want ti be competitive but everyone knows it doesn't really matter.

Yeah, it's hard to pretend it's do or die when you’ve almost certainly done the important stuff 3 days ago, and beaten Spain when it mattered.

The 2nd goal was a killer, Robertson absolutely selling the jerseys.

Disappointed we've not really turned up, playing the occasion and not the match. The Nigels have been excellent and Bellingham and Foden are head and shoulders above everyone else on the pitch.
