This Chargers team feels a lot like the last 2 years of McCoy and the 2nd to last Lynn year. QB trying to do far too much and play constant hero-ball because the rest of the team digs massive holes every fucking week. This isn't going to turn around, so the best thing the Ownership could do now is fire Staley tomorrow and ship out some cap deadweights before the deadline. Tank without expressly saying it, and play for a draft slot for the new GM to use. What will actually happen is in a year's time we'll be watching year 4 of Staley impersonating an HC, and another Telesco blown 1st round pick doing nothing on the field.
