Rovers 🔵 v United 🟠 - top of the table clash

Recommended Posts

Sorry to make it about Dundee but that United team is rancid. When they inevitably come up, they're going to need a complete and utter rebuild. Genuinely and probably for the first time in my lifetime, I don't think there's a single United player that gets into our team right now.

Is Goodwin really the man for that sort of rebuild? Have my doubts.

Ian Murray on the other hand...

We are so open at the back but in particular right back that you wonder if Brown for Millen is the answer.

United far quicker to get to the ball and have a hold on the game, yet somehow after twenty minutes were a goal up.

Don't think there was much choice if you believe the gossip

Wotherspoon and Fotheringham in a desperate battle to be the biggest liability on the park here.

Wotherspoons always been sketchy as the deepest midfielder tbf, his last performance there effectively ended his Saints career too as he looked miles off it.

Have to play him further forward as he'd eat the division alive with all these lay offs.

We played him off McKay in the first half of the season and he was ridiculous.

Shaun Byrne going to get himself sent off here. Looks well up for it

Remember during the Covid era we had a similar top of the table clash under the floodlights against Hearts and he fucking wrecked Steven Naismith within the first 30 seconds.

He became a proper Dundee cult hero that night. This is the type of game he's suited to.

Too often he becomes a passenger week to week though.
