Sadly Muirhead and French don't help our numbers as most are for complaining to the referee about some foul or decision not going their way. To be fair Power and Broadfoot are too slow and are easily caught out on the plastic surfaces, not sure why we start them in these games. Airdrie's quick breaks coupled with two once in a season finishes put us in real trouble but we did have three good opportunities to reduce the deficit before half time. Why Jack Baird didn't get a red in that fight I am lost for words. It's probably justified based on stats and some performances this season but the reason Airdrie fans are having a hissy fit is because in the last game at Cappielow they absolutely did kick us off the park. Chicken Soup Posted April 7 Share Posted April 7 Positive - didn’t go to the game and had a smashing day. Negative - uphill battle for a playoff spot. Airdrie fans giving it big licks (justifiably so). Weird - Airdrie fans OTT reactions to the last game coming out around this one. Don’t really understand the narrative from their side but there does to be an extra bit of spice in this fixture from their perspective. Some football still to be played but hard to be confident after that.
