With plenty at stake for both clubs this should be a full-blooded encounter and then some.  The Bully Wee arrive on the back of Jordan Allan's late winner last Saturday whilst the Sons have quietly but effectively gone about their business since a truly dismal performance the last time these teams met.

Hopefully you’ve gone full circle since the last game and had your good run and turn in a performance similar to NDP in February.

Always a tough game at the rock, but we’ve done fairly well against Dumbarton this year so no reason we can’t take something.

Interestingly, both side have taken 22 points since the 4-4 game.

Dumbarton have twice let us score in both halves of a league game, which has only happened three times in total (the other being the 6-1 Stenny massacre).

Dumbarton are also the only side to give us a penalty in the league (also twice).

Never mind the penalties, goals and pitch invasions (For now)..

Is the Stags opened yet as one o lads mentioned on Saturday its went from permanent closed to Temporary...

Yer Mithers Pride🇾🇪

Stags is still closed for now, it might be open for the weekend but I don't know for sure. Bowling club or high street are your options, or do what some Bonnyrigg fans did and just enter through the home end and use the bar in there.

You'll be able to get into the Bar in the stadium, no problem.

I definitely spotted a few Clyde fans in the stadium bar last time. It's insane that we wouldn't let away fans in.

Away fans are allowed in the bar no issue.

Good to know, thanks. Any other pubs you'd recommend in the vicinity? Don't mind a 10-15 mins walk to/from the stadium.

We will need to score at least twice to win this as Tony Wallace will certainly stick one past us.   Always a great away day.  Spoons before the game.

As far as the game itself is concerned, I will be happy with three points, but cannot predict the outcome of this.  Anything less than 3, and Stranraer beating Spartans, and we are right back to square 1.

You have a Wetherspoons (the James Lang) and the Counting House which does similar fare in the high street. A couple of old man style pubs there too but other than that it's the Rock Bowling club or the stadium. Depends what you're after really. If you're a smoker don't go to the stadium as they won't let you out (well they will, you'll just need to pay to get in again).
