Expect we will be back in for Jordan Allan on loan as likely will be Falkirk's 4th or 5th choice striker. Alternatively, might have an up and coming promising youngster from a PL team. Expect that is what we will be using for our loan options (2 strikers, a left back and 2 wingers)
same_ol_g35 Posted Friday at 22:08 Share Posted Friday at 22:08 Are we playing Alloa tomorrow behind closed doors? Hadn't seen or heard anything, but just stumbled across it on the fixtures list on Google(and it's also listed on a couple of other football sites). Doesn't have a kick off. So not sure if it's real.

HaleyReinhart Posted Saturday at 11:35 Share Posted Saturday at 11:35 I know there's likely a reason but selfishly raging this is behind closed doors. So close for me and I'd even make it home for the first euros game.

Wasn't any mention of it on the Facebook page or the owners forum. Hopefully the boys get a good run out today, but shame nobody will be there to see any trialists in the flesh and help identify them.
BullyWeeStonehouse Posted Saturday at 12:16 Share Posted Saturday at 12:16 Hopefully we’ve got another game planned inbetween today and Civil Service Strollers.

same_ol_g35 Posted Saturday at 16:45 Share Posted Saturday at 16:45 Lee Hamilton appointed club captain. Good move, seems a good natural fit for it going by his performances last season.

Has hardly set a foot wrong since joining, happy to play through pain towards the end if the season and his attitude is second to none. Very happy to see this! Can be very full blooded at times but has timed all his big tackles well so far.
HaleyReinhart Posted Saturday at 19:47 Share Posted Saturday at 19:47 Wee interview with McCall up on YouTube now. Calling what gaps he's looking to fill. Sounds semi-confident if getting a left back in this weekend too which is good to hear. Can't wait for the season to start for about the first time in 5 years.

The beach is flat there. Is McCall going soft- should be up the Gullane sand dunes! Stop watching that Chariots of Fire DVD!
Brian Carrigan
A goal and an assist for Jordan Allan yesterday in Falkirk’s 3-2 comeback win against Dumbarton. Sounds like he had a very good game after coming on at half time. Disappointing for us. Probably only a slim chance he’d come back anyway and you’d think if he were to move for games it would be to a team in League 1.

Or perhaps a year with family meaning. He wore 99 last season for us which looked strange but frankly who cares as long ss he does want he is tasked with doing, scoring goals. Getting wound up about something as trivial is a bit of a riddy in my opinion. I do hope we can get Jordan back, but like some have mentioned, it is difficult to see happening unless Falkirk tell him he's surplus to requirements. He might want to come back to a club that adores him if so and both parties have been great for each other. Come on home JA72, JA9 or whatever.
