Worse than that, Lee Dixon spent a good minute telling us how Michael Oliver is one of the best around AFTER that decision. Has anyone let ITV know it is possible to criticise the English match officials when they make an arse of it? EDITED to add - Remarkable coincidence the American girl they have a rules expert whoever she is had a mic failure at that point. If it is, then double jeopardy only applies if Rodrigo makes a legitimate attempt to play the ball, which he didn't. So if it's a penalty, it's also a red card. The encroachment was fair enough, but the keeper was also off his line when he saved it, so it should have been retaken. But other than all that, they got it spot on.
