Tuesday 30th July
Broxburn Athletic 5-0 Blackburn United
Crossgates Primrose 2-0 Edinburgh South
Easthouses Lily 2-0 Newburgh     (aet)
Linlithgow Rose 4-0 Haddington Athletic
Oakley United 3-1 Dunipace     (aet, FT 1-1)
Preston Athletic 1-4 St Andrews United
Stoneyburn 3-1 Edinburgh Community
Whitburn (nine) 9-0 Linton Hotspur

Whitehill Welfare 1-0 Leith Athletic

Shock of the night goes to Oakley who levelled with 4min left then dispatched Dunipace in ET - visitors seem to have used their bonus sub at its start only to see a man go off injured, ultimately finishing with 9-men after a straight red.

LL pair both handed-out thumpings.

Linton Hotspur endured a desperate evening.

Must say I enjoyed the bias and pettiness from the Pace twitter. big fan

Easthouses v Newburgh was a slog last night. Wasn't much between them at all although Lily were probably the better team.

Lily's 2nd goal was really well taken Just before Full Time.

Bias? 100%. Pettiness? No idea what you mean.

I'm saying I was a big fan, that's exactly what I want to see from clubs twitter feeds.

Okay possibly pettiness not the best word choice on my part though.

I'll always be unashamedly pro-Dunipace when live-tweeting etc but do try to be fair at the same time 😀 Reason I questioned 'pettiness' is because if that's how it's coming across rather than being a bit biased, I need to tweak how I'm putting things out.

Let rip mate, there's still plenty of room for more shithousery. It's what the club's Twitter feed is for and why we enjoy keeping an eye on things, not enough clubs have the balls to say what they really think in the heat of battle.

Don't take the blowback personally, it's football. We're going to laugh at other team's expense regardless :P

I've been a 'professional' journo for a decade and was once part of a joint Old Firm podcast. Criticism on the internet is part of life 😂

I went to Broxburn v Blackburn. Blackburn have been tricky opponents for teams in the past but Broxburn blew them away. They scored some nice goals too.

SHIPPY HAD 2 PLAYERS SENT OFF & THE WINNING GOAL WAS SCORED FROM THE PENALTY SPOT WITH 5 SECS REMAINING WHEN FOR SOME UNKNOWN REASON WITH 40 SECONDS LEFT A SHIPPY DEFENDER GRABBED A LIVVY PLAYER`S ANKLE WITH 40 SECONDS LEFT & PULLED HIM OVER AS THE BALL WAS ALMOST AT THE HALF WAY LINE ! THE LIVVY KEEPER ALSO SAVED A PENALTY KICK.  ( TIMES SUPPLIED BY THE ACTUAL MATCH REF )

Wednesday 31st July
Edinburgh College 5-2 Pumpherston
Harthill Royal 5-2 Kennoway Star Hearts
Hutchison Vale 1-0 Lochore Welfare
Kirkcaldy & Dysart 3-1 Kinnoull
Lochgelly Albert 0-1 Dundonald Bluebell
Luncarty 1-2 Tynecastle
Sauchie 3-1 Glenrothes
Thornton Hibs 3-0 Inverkeithing Hillfield Swifts

University of Stirling 5-3 Arniston Rangers     (aet, FT 3-3)

Arniston unfortunate after putting up terrific fight... they had trailed 3-0.

Inverkeithing relinquished their hold on cup in July having only won it in April.

Went along to watch Whitburn v Linton Hotspur the other night

Every bit as one sided as the score would suggest and probably should have been even more if I'm being honest

Second half raft of substitutions disrupted the flow a bit and I'm pretty sure the visitors were happy to see Whitburn striker Ross Crawford replaced after he had scored a hat trick and caused them no end of problems - that's a few times I've seen the lad - good player and wonder whether any higher league sides might be interested in him.

Shhhh,keep it doon KF 🙈😆👍

Was there myself.

Really missed the big man on Saturday vs Jeanfield and it showed.

Linton were desperate for the final whistle by the end.

Saints away on Saturday in the league, tough place to go .
