How many of these "acheivements" apply to Scotland? Maybe 6 or 7? Of these 6 or 7, how many have implemented? Maybe 2 or 3? Obviously it must have been more important to freeze pensioners and to bypass Holyrood by giving Ian Murray £150m to waste.
