Stellaboz
Everyone and everything at airports. Bag gets taken aside as they think perhaps liquid container has been missed. Nope, packed perfectly. Prices. Some Asian woman with no concept of queuing as I'm desperatly trying to order overpriced breakfast and she orders two pints of Tennents for her and her beastly looking partner. Every c**t talking loudly on their phones with a pathetic self sense of importance. My breakfast is still not here either and i bet my flight is delayed and I have to sit next to a stinking fat jakey. At least I got a window seat.
Stellaboz
There's now a horrible, stuck up looking old couple of coffin dodgers, possibly no votes, scrambling to be first in queue. If this is Aberdeen, I'm going to be arrested in Manchester for punching some moron.
Hedgecutter
I grew up in Ellon. Can't say I ever saw this. Whereabouts in Ellon? It's on the roundabout you'd now exit the A90 from, south of the Ythan. You can see it on the current Google Street view (although I can't post the exact link using my phone). Old Meldrum on the big green sign approaching the roundabout and then Oldmeldrum on the actual B9005 exit. The former looks rather new though, probably post-Jacobsen.

DI Bruce Robertson
Paying £11.40 for a pint of tiger! That's scandalous! Made worse by getting served by an Essex lad who probably has to work 2 hours to earn enough for a pint- seriously thinking of smashing his face in after his "smart" comment of " it's trendy to drink here" when questioned about the price, not even petty, I'm fuming!

DI Bruce Robertson
Christ on a bike. Where was this purchased? Lock Stock & Barrel, Dubai. Don't get me wrong, I'm well used to the 40 AED pint, it's normal here, but 52! That's scandalous! Still fuming!

AsimButtHitsASix
What's the minimum acceptable distance to order a cab for? Loads of folk here order one just to go to Wood Green. That's only a half hour's walk. I judge them all for being a lazy b*****ds. Also judge them for wasting money. Bus is quicker.

Depends on what you're away to do though I suppose. If I was away out for a day/night out or whatever I'll order one for a walk that would take 10-15 minutes to the pub no bother. If I was just walking home from work or to the shops or whatever then wouldn't even think about it. The only time I actually ever use a taxi is on a night/day ooot tbh.

Blootoon87
I've genuinely ordered a taxi for going round the corner from pub to pub. Meter doesn't even start. Anything to avoid cutting into drinking time.
