Had a laptop and £400 stolen.

Old Bill have just came around and gave me a crime number. I am not a happy bunny.

Sorry to hear that. Was the money genuine though?

Did you leave your door open or something?

Probably your neighbour giving you pay back for having a wild party at the weekend with a bunch of pissheads, and you belting your door down to get in!:P

On a serious note though, thats shocking.

The back door was lying wide open. Still, they are robbing fuckers!

Laptop was discovered at the bottom on the hill, totally smashed up. What is the point in that? Hopefully the police will be able to get some fingerprints from it.

I'm guessing I won't see the £400 again

Well, if you're stupid enough to keep £400 in your house and not plan well in advance for any potential robbery by placing this money into a bank account, you really have nobody to blame but yourself"

*Puts off Fudge voice*

Seriously, you left your door open and they just saw it as an invitation to walk in? We leave our doors open all of the time when we're in the house or in the garden. Some people are just wrong.

Yup, you're right. To be fair, I had the money left out as someone was coming to get it today, that's what makes it worse, it wasn't mine.

Laptop is always downstairs anyway. The back door wasn't lying opened literally, it was just unlocked. I came upstairs to watch a DVD and I fell asleep. End of the day though, I shouldn't have been so stupid to leave it open in the first place.
