Tonight I have been lying in bed since midnight trying and it just isn't happening, apart from 2am when I drifted off for 5 minutes only to wake up because of a cat outside shouting about something. The other night I stayed at a friends house and fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow. I even get a better sleep on my mates couch which is half the size of me.
