Whether or not it will happen is a separate issue. What I said was that they can still take your stuff if they get a warrant (i.e. by successfully applying to a Sheriff). Do you dispute this? Oh, and for the record, never take legal advice from the Citizens Advice Bureau. That's one of the stupidest things I've ever heard. They're not a one-stop-shop for all your legal needs; otherwise there wouldn't be lawyers. To suggest they're not a good source of legal advice in many areas would be unfair, though. Well, we've covered this one, so you know the answer. They're not a one-stop-shop for all your legal needs; otherwise there wouldn't be lawyers. To suggest they're not a good source of legal advice in many areas would be unfair, though. They are a decent source of debt advice, they are a terrible source of legal advice. They're not a 'terrible source of legal advice'. They are very useful for a wide range of legal issues. What I was arguing *was* the technicality.
