I get quite sore hips when running. I've tried sleeping on my front and back instead of my side, but anyone got any warm-up or strengthening exercises that could help?

Try a really firm mattress or if you already have one try turning it over every 6 months.

I've not done a single mile in the last three weeks but I volunteered at Eglinton parkrun this morning.

I thought the cold had broken one of the scanners. We eventually managed it but it took us ages to get the results.

Do they ever call it off if it's icy or too cold?
