die hard doonhamer
Everyone going mental after a Mankad dismissal in the u19 world cup. My genuine view on this is it is an underused dismissal. Batsmen steal yards as no one pulls them up. Fuctifano
I think it has to exist as a warning, if a batsman is blatantly at it and you give him at least one warning then it's fair game, but that one was terrible, was millimetres in it.
die hard doonhamer
You're supposed to give a batsman a warning before trying to run him out The 'spirit of the game' says that, but my personal view is it shouldn't. It's a legitimate form of dismissal, why should you have to warn someone before they get out stupidly? If they're out of the crease they are taking that chance.

Bully Wee Villa
I think after a warning and if he's a distance out of his crease, he's fair game. Any Windies player would've been advancing slightly from his crease in those circumstances and it was very poor that they chose to accept the wicket. Hope they lose in the next round.
Eednud
Interesting stuff happening in 1st ODI in Auckland. NZ made 307. Australia struggling at 6/58 after 12. Bit of a mini recovery as it was 6/41 after 9 overs. Boult and Henry with 3 wickets each.
booitsme7
SA have just started to bat chasing 400 to win. England had eight batsman to hit a six which is the first time it happened in an ODI innings.
peasy23
England getting on top now, decent spell from Moeen puts SA under pressure and Roussow holes out at long on. De Kock playing a blinder but with 5 wickets down and still 155 to chase from 102 it's going to be a big ask iko.

Disappointing as it was building into a good finish.

Or in other words, tremendous as it was building into a good finish.
