Rashid out in comical circumstances.

You would have hoped that if they had learned anything from the Bairstow run out in the summer, that it might have been a bit of awareness about being in your crease at the appropriate moments in the game.

They mentioned on commentary how England have struggled despite this being largely the team that won 4 years ago.

That's the problem for me though, they've played so little 50 over cricket since that they've just stuck to what they know, with no way of judging form properly coming into the tourney. It's been an absolute shitshow since they landed in India.

They've also made a mockery of the domestic 50 over comp by introducing that gameshow Hundred.

SA chasing 271 against Pakistan and should get there, but they've just lost Markram who has held the whole innings together. 21 needed from 58 with 3 wickets left but just the tail to get them over the line.

Sore one for Pakistan, very close lbw turned down and reviewed, umpire's call, think umpires will always give benefit of the doubt to batter. If it had been given out it would have stayed out and Pakistan would have won.

Saffers saw off the pace bowlers and took 5 off the spinner to win by one wicket with less than 3 overs left.

Fwiw I thought seeing that lbw live that it was going down leg.

Hadn't really paid much attention to the table beyond a giggle at England, could probably do with NZ beating the Aussies tomorrow to make it a bit of a race for the 4th spot

19 from 7 needed with 2 wickets left

ETA: Now 7 from 2!

Another cracking win for the Netherlands today, scoring 229 batting first but then dismantling Bangladesh for 142 with them never having a sniff as they were always behind the run rate as the wickets fell early.

Was gutted I had to leave for the football and miss the end of Australia v New Zealand, it was shaping up to be a cracker and ended up that way.
