MB
Will they keep having a lash here, or will they settle for the draw now?Just 8 overs to go. Can't see England losing 6 wickets in 8 overs. Might as well go for it. Just imagine if England need 25 off the last 2 overs with 4 or 5 wickets in hand. Could still get very interesting. The match situation almost changes with every ball bowled.

Disco Duck
47 off 42 balls needed. I would still go with the draw.

MB
Just keep taking the two runs on offer. Getting quite exciting now. I think England can do it. Still Prior, Broad and Swann if needed.

Disco Duck
Fair play to the Aussies for allowing this finish. Must sting.
MB
They had better not go off for bad light. Would be utterly ridiculous.
The_Kincardine
Fair play to the Aussies for allowing this finish. Must sting. Good post, chap. They have really made a game of this. MB
If I see Clarke speaking to the umpire again, I'll swing for the telly.
mjw
Go back a few years when England won in Pakistan and the umpires kept them out in the dark to get back at the moaning fielders.

Bully Wee Villa
The same fucking ludicrous rule has shafted Warwickshire and England in two matches in the same week. If the batting side want to continue, let them carry on. Disgraceful.
The_Kincardine
Fuxace. I know 'why' but 4 overs only remaining? Stupid.

MB
Yeah Graham Thorpe playing in the dark was a classic, why did they ever change it.Because the ICC are a bunch of idiots. The umpires had no choice but with only four overs to go, it is time to give the umpires some discretion.
Disco Duck
I had a tenner on the draw so not too unhappy!
