jmothecat
England have no chance now. Pity. Would have been a cracking end if only they were allowed to play an extra twenty minutes and see the other four overs.
wulliemc
Without checking surely england have never racked up 350+ back to back
booitsme7
Without checking surely england have never racked up 350+ back to back Correct as this is only the fourth time England have past 350 in a ODI. The 2 previous before this series are Bangladesh in 2005 (391-4) & Pakistan in 1992 (362-7). New Zealand's total of 398-5 is the highest ODI total England has conceded. England's total of 365-9 is the third highest innings total for a team batting second. More records from today at the Oval 763 runs - the highest match aggregate in an ODI in England and the third highest overall 398-5 - the highest ODI total at the Oval and highest against England 53 - New Zealand scored the most boundaries in an innings in England 191 - England recorded the highest 25-over score in a 50-over ODI since 2001

cowdencolt
Great entertainment at the two ODI's, but the bowling from New Zealand is some of the worst I have ever seen.
AberdeenBud
What a match that was. England actually have an exciting ODI team that takes risks and entertains. Edited June 13, 2015 by AberdeenBud
booitsme7
Chris Jordan & Liam Plunkett will miss the rest of the ODI series through injury. Craig Overton has been added to the squad in place of Jordan and as yet no decision has been made on who will replace Plunkett.

mjw
Shaping up for another good match here. You have to wonder at the fucking about that has gone on in English cricket when a team can be turned round in a matter of months.
Lex
NZ win again, by 3 wickets this time and an over to spare. Another exciting game. England had 5 unused overs and then dropped plenty of catches in the field. Better team wins though and NZ are 2-1 up in the ODI series.
nelsjfc
Commentators gave it the "playing his natural game" line, but thought buttler's dismissal was a bit cheap in the circumstances. Once he was gone that was the innings finished.

kerrdavidson95
Horrible, horrible clash. I genuinely wanted to be sick when I saw it. Edited June 15, 2015 by kerrdavidson95

peasy23
Horrible, horrible clash. I genuinely wanted to be sick when I saw it. They spoke to one of the umpires yesterday and he was saying it was the worst collision by far he had ever seen. What was worse he said was that you could see it coming and could only pray that one of them pulled up or shouted in time.
Eednud
This one from Sri Lanka v Australia in 1999 doesn't look as bad but 1 ball, 2 breaks - Jason Gillespie (leg), Steve Waugh (nose).
Savage Henry
England in ridiculously good batting performance shock again! Currently 326/3 and cruising to a win.
