Mark Connolly
Casey making an arse of 17 as well.
peasy23
Three putts the 18th for an 8 out in 43. If the long game goes he’s gonna continue to drop down those World Rankings. Isn’t he already out of the top 10?Yep, dropped out of the top 10 in Monday's update. There just seems to be so many parts of his game going wrong just now, his chipping was poor last weekend, driving is usually his strength but that's erratic now too.
peasy23
Robert MacIntyre was 40 (+4) at the turn, but he's picked up a birdie on 11.

Wee-Bey
Finau toiling as well.
peasy23
Finau toiling as well.Quite a few big names toiling, with Schauffele at +6 and Stenson at +11.Some questionable strategy from Fitzpatrick on the last 2 holes. I don't really see the point of going for a par 5 in 2 when it leaves you 40+ yards from the hole on the bottom tier of a 3 level green. He then bogeyed the next short par 4 after failing to hit the green in 2.
peasy23
Stenson gets one back on 16 then puts it in the water on 17, as does his playing partner Kisner.

lichtie23
I’m not sure why but Iv always had a serious dislike for Keegan Bradley.
peasy23
An's efforts on 17. He's in my fantasy team.

I don't know what it is about him but at least it's not just me. MacIntyre did well to finish at +2 and at least give himself a chance of making the weekend. Knox in with a 71.

Although the number of them trying to land and stop it on the top shelf is astonishing.
peasy23
Definitely, today was a day for forgetting about the flag and just play for the middle of the green. No excuse for the likes of An to miss the green twice from the drop area though.
peasy23
Final tee off time on Thursday and Friday at the Players is 2.17, sunset is just after 6.30. Absolutely no chance play was getting finished before it got dark.

doulikefish
Big fan of the usga upon hearing about the difficulties of players on the 17th saying "have another go" at basically the same pin position today
lichtie23
Though I don’t have any pleasure in admitting this......in my opinion Bryson is the best player in the world currently
Guest bernardblack
The 17th gives me severe anxiety. Would love a try at it though
