IrishBhoy
Wonder how many of the LIV guys were hanging around the course to see if Koepka won. Norman wanted them all on the 18th green if a LIV player took the green jacket

I've went for Rahm as he's drifted slightly in price and he could go slightly under the radar this week with all the attention on Rory, Scheffler and the LIV guys
Crawford Bridge
Rahm has the lithe sophistication and nimbleness of a ballerina, combined with the hard-nosed, ruthless thuggery of a b*****d. lichtie23
Question lads. Can Rahm do the grand slam?

The actual season slam - probably not. The mental energy and preparation for the majors is enormous, even Tiger and Nicklaus in their pomp couldn't do it. Tiger was miles ahead of his competition, Nicklaus had 2 or 3 genuine rivals at best. There are probably 15-20 players now that are well capable of winning any given major. If he did the slam with a Ryder Cup to be played as well that would be absolute levels above anything any other golfer has done imo.

He has a T3 but his overall record isn't great. He might have to wait for a damp Open like McIlroy in 2014. A career slam, don't think anyone will ever win all 4 in a single year. Fuctifano
That's some stat he's the first European to win both the Masters and the US Open. Faldo, Lyle and Seve won the Masters and the Open, Mcilroy obviously has everything but the Masters, Kaymer has US open and PGA, Jacklin had Open and US Open. Edit : plus all the guys who have only won one eg Willett, Mcdowell etc Edited April 9, 2023 by Fuctifano
IrishBhoy
Is that his 4th victory since the start of the year? His consistency is phenomenal. Even when he has a bad start or makes a mess of a few holes he seems to be able to bounce back very quickly and scramble his way into contention. He seems like a great guy as well so it’s good to see him having such success.

Bairnardo
Wonder what there is in the LIV contracts to prevent a return to the PGA..... I reckon Koepka would wobble if asked. Imagine the scenes
