Colin Monk, IIRC, has made the switch from PDC and returning to the BDO. There has to be at least one or two others over the years. Kirk has only played one decent game since getting to the Final last year (which was pure luck, every player he played at World Champs had at least 1 dart for the match) and that was his last match at Grand Slam of darts, which he was out of already. He got ideas above his station and quit his job to turn pro, Mark Webster won the BDO world championship and is still doing his plumbing apprenticeship to have something to fall back on if pro darts does not work out. I've got 6 pairs of darts. 23g Andy Fordhams, 19g Peter Manleys, 23g Unicorn Catalysts and 23g Harrows Magnums and another shitty set that must be about 15g and are light as a feather. I go back to the old brass darts I got with my first dart board 6 years ago everytime. I also find flights and stems can also make a massive difference too. I tend to stay away from plastic stems as, for some reason, they don't agree with me.
