Another £6k in the bank account for Phil. It is pleasing to see MvG do so well after such a long barren run. It's easy to forget that he's only 22 after all the early success he had in the BDO, and all that clearly has effected him in his PDC run. I've still got hopes that the fella can deliver the goods over the next 20/25 years.

Difficult match for big bad john.Hendo is all about rhythm. The awkward justin pipe has as much rhythm as a drunk on the karaoke( sid waddell eat your heart out)

Got a tenner on taylor to win the grand prix.6/4 W hill. Would be willing to lose a tenner to see someone else take the title .;)

Taylor hit a nine darter in his second round match against Kev McDine this afternoon. The guys in form at the right time.

EDIT: Barney's got in on the act too. Two nine darters and counting so far today...

Brendan Dolan 2-0 Wayne Jones

Set Scores: 3-1, 3-2

180s

Dolan: 3

Jones: 3

Over 40 Checkouts

Dolan: 56

Jones: 70, 54, 74

Wayne Jones started to wake up a bit, but he allowed Dolan's confidence to increase and when that happened, he couldn't get back into it. Credit to Dolan for really turning it up.
