Fraser Fyvie
Any thoughts for outright betting? Aaron Monk is a huge 250/1 and while that's a pretty tough group, he's been playing well recently and with Wade's problems theres no guarantees he'll qualify. Possible back-to-lay shot there. Wes Newton also interests me. He consistently gets wrongly priced up for every tournament and once again he can be taken at 33/1. That's as kind a group as he could have asked for and consistently reaches the quarters/semis of tv events. That's about if for me.
DomDom
Crikey, can anderson get out of that group. Who cares anymore? He's not good enough to win anyways. I really like Whitlock's group.
The Naitch
Who cares anymore? He's not good enough to win anyways. I really like Whitlock's group. Same here, that's a really competitive group. Group B is an absolute belter, though. Can't wait for this to get underway.
Marshmallo
B looks a pretty clear cut MVG Thornton 1-2 for me. I'll pick Taylor to win this. Whitlock to get to the final. -
Marshmallo
Tempted to put one of the biggest bets of my life on Phil Taylor to win his group at 1/2, thoughts? -
DomDom
Is that even worth it?
F_T_Y
Its your money. Gone for a Painter, webster double tonight. The painter match will be tight but i think he will edge it .Webster has been poor for a while but he usually starts playing well towards the end of the year, just in time for the worlds.
Marshmallo
Is that even worth it? 50% profit if it comes in. -
Fraser Fyvie
I'm on Webster aswell, he should be favourite IMO. He's not been playing well this year but Waites got knocked out of the masters in first round to a jobber and Webby has more experience in the PDC obviously

The Naitch
Slow start from Winstanley but he's right back in this now.
The Naitch
Winstanley's doubles let him down earlier. Mark Webster's playing well so far against Scotty Waites, who I can only presume is taking part in Movember with that attempt at a goatee.
The Naitch
Webby really enjoyed that win, and so he should. Deserved 2pts.
F_T_Y
Phew got a bit lucky with waites busting himself there. Good to see they are interviewing the winning players.

The Naitch
Piece of piss for Thornton. Like last year, Hankey now has to recover from a whitewash to make it through the group stage.
