come on shire
USA shipped 100 points at home to the All Blacks then didn't qualify for the World Cup. Their star player's AJ MacGinty and they're at home, have a new head coach and most of them play in the MLR. They're a step up from Canada so Toony needs more experience in the squad to hopefully win. This team shows this. On paper it's stronger than the team that lost to the USA in Houston yet still balances experience with development. peasy23
Glasgow's fixtures, tough opener at Ulster but should be looking at maximum points from the next 3 games before heading to South Africa.

Stevieda
Scotland genuinely 1000/1 on tonight. I’ve never seen odds like that in a one off game before.

come on shire
Still a 2nd half to go but we've been clinical so far. The USA's poor discipline and 2 missed kicks at goal has helped but they took advantage of Matt Fagerson knocking the ball on from a monster tackle to get their try. We should be ok if we keep the momentum up 2nd half but we don't want to give the USA any careless opportunities. Pretty professional from Scotland so far. One real error from Matt Fagerson, and it was properly punished, but the rest has been pretty decent in what seem tricky conditions

Mark Connolly
On another note, how good is Lee Jones on commentary? Reminds me of his playing career - keeps it very simple, but is very accurate and doesn’t do much wrong
come on shire
Jamie Ritchie maybe lucky not to get pinged for blocking off but well worked try between Rowe and Horne.
come on shire
Despite the score, the USA are a step up from Canada imho and they're bringing more physicality to the contest.
