    I’m not so sure .

Wednesday is now must win for the Dons now and we seem to be stalling. If we don’t get an early goal, I can see that one petering out to a 0-0 or St Mirren sneaking a win .

Hearts now have a bit of momentum and Rangers don’t have much to play for. I wouldn’t be massively shocked if they snatched a win , despite their poor away form up till now.

Fail to beet St Mirren and lose to Celtic, I can’t say we deserve 3rd if we only get 1-2 points from the final 5 games against other top 6 opposition.

Hearts will get beat at Ibrox. We continue to be horrific away from home.

Our only hope is that Aberdeen don't beat St Mirren.

On to the final day, I always fancy our chances at Tynecastle against all non-Old Firm Teams, and I would imagine Celtic would not want to end the season getting beat.

If you're going down that road, nobody heard a peep out of the Hearts fans until you equalised in the 43rd minute. It happens. You're winning you give it laldy, you're losing not so much. That's the way fitba fans are.

Did you not enjoy 'Hearts are Falling Apart Again'?  I loved it, especially when I remembered about it after our second goal.

Ah, hello dear friend. Look forward to revisiting you at 5pm tomorrow.

I'm not sure you're understanding what I said. 😬 I expect Aberdeen, being the home team, to win. But if that doesn't happen, I wouldn't be surprised in the slightest if Hearts fail to take advantage of Aberdeen dropping points, by failing to beat St Mirren.

Hearts away Firm is awful and I very much doubt  Naismith will turn it around quickly enough.

    Me too.

    Massive weekend.

A Dons and St Mirren win i think we be nearly there for 3rd.

Dons defeat and hearts win , with going to Tyne castle next week, I can see us slipping down to 4th.

A draw might not be a disaster, even if hearts win, but seeing as we have only drawn twice all season, that seems the least likely outcome.

I think at this stage draws are not much use for Hearts? Maybe a point against Rangers might be like a “bonus point” but against St Mirren , us and Hibs, they need victories if we don’t lose.

Don't worry in the unlikely event of Aberdeen slipping up I'm sure Heart's will reciprocate in Paisley.

  5. I see there is a post on Kickback about some arsehole Celtic supporters causing problems for their fellow fans today at the Turnstyles. I'll be pretty surprised if Celtic don't get their ticket allocation cut again next season.

I was in the Main Stand and watched this from a window looking onto McLeod Street. Celtic 'fans' were subject two checks - the first was just outside the gate where they were frisked and had to show their tickets. About an hour before kick off a group, all dressed in green jackets and clearly without tickets, stormed the gate and the police and stewards quickly acted, forcing most of the group back and shutting the gate. A number had managed to force their way through into the area in front of the turnstiles, from where I saw about 15 ejected, I assume because they were ticketless and failed the second ticket check at this point.

The group at the gate was then isolated, with other 'fans' being held back further up McLeod Street. Amongst those at the gate were 'fans' who were not part of the green jacketed group. The police and stewards let people through in smaller numbers in an attempt to control the situation. This included a person in a wheelchair and a very small child. This didn't stop ticketless 'fans' continuing to force their way through, but these were caught out in the heavily stewarded and policed area in front of the turnstiles.

Once bitten, twice shy I imagine, so I can only assume that the police and stewards continued to drip feed 'fans' through the gate, until kick off time.

If Celtic fans want to rage, then it should be against those against their number who had only one intention - forcing their way into the ground without paying and behaving in a way without any consideration others. From my vantage point I thought the p

Police and stewards did a great job.

I have never seen "going through the motions" quite like this Celtic end.

5 minutes of play left before they have won the League, 2-0 up against, 10 men and there was zero atmosphere from the Celtic end.  If I ever get to the stage that winning trophies becomes too samey, not very likely I'll grant you:lol:,  I would pack it.
