No trains go through Kelty, so if using public transport, it'll be bus. I'd recommend a bus from Buchanan Street to Dunfermline. From there it'll be easy to catch a bus from Dunfermline bus station to Kelty. Google East of Scotland Stagecoach, both services you'll need are run by them and work out timing etc. You'll be able to get a bus going back the way at that time as well. The ground isn't well signposted in the village but anyone will be able to tell you we're it is, it's fairly central.
Think it's the 7B bus that does Dunfermline to Kelty.

Another fan with intimate knowledge of club finances and wage structures.
Are you suggesting that Cowdenbeath have a higher budget than Kelty?

Has anybody got a list of the players that Rangers have used so far? Would be interested to see how many of them ever make it to play for Scotland.

Thoughts on Chris Hamilton?
I didn't see him much but I think he impressed when with us.

Cowdenbeath:
New signings have strengthened areas where we lacked last season. Where did we struggle last season? Goalkeeper, attacking mids and up front.
We appear to have focused our signings to fix these issues. Instead of relying on emergency loans in goal we have Cammy Gill signed after he left Dunfermline. He's been solid so far. We even have David McGurn as back up which is a huge upgrade on...well...nobody.
Kyle Hutton is solid in the holding midfield role allowing Kyle Miller to play in his better role in behind the strikers. Bringing in Bobby Barr gives us competition out wide for the first time in ages.
Up front instead of having an injured Renton up top on his own we a fit Renton partnered with Liam Buchanan. We've a couple of young guys on loan from Raith Rovers as well who should be looking to make an impact.
We should be feeling positive for the season. If we can avoid injuries then we can easily be a top half team. It's a tight league this season though with only Kelty standing out. I think I'd be disappointed if we missed out on the promotion play offs.

The utter morons on that thread is incredible. If you don't feel safe around people not wearing masks while:
- Outdoors
- Socially distanced
- You are wearing a mask
Then there is no hope for you.
QuoteJeez.
After near on 1&1/2 years of p1sh and folk still don’t get it.
Unless you’re a virologist and have ‘new news’ wear a mask ffs.
Loads round me not bothering. See what that does for our numbers allowed in next round.3 -
Heartbreaking for Cowden that Kyle Miller missed from about 2 yards out in our 1-0 loss to Raith or we could be sitting top of the group (if we won pens of course).
Would be so Cowden for us to beat Livingston and finish with 9 points without qualifying.

If any of you stumble across highlights of Zambia v The Netherlands from the woman's football today then please check it out. It'll make you feel better about your own team.

Hmmm, I'd be surprised if Brighton kept many clean sheets so having their keeper plus a defender wouldn't be my choice.
Yeah I've updated the team since then so now have Martinez in goal.

Win's a win. Did we not do this to Brechin last season? Blew a 2 goal lead before scoring a late winner?

Howler by the goalkeeper, but what a finish from Buchanan.
In fairness it's good pressing from Renton which forced the mistake. Just wanted the goal in the GIF.

Lovely finish by Liam.

We had a wedding at the weekend which of course means one thing:
RETURNS.
Now I don't mind doing returns for her. No idea why she has such a phobia of going to a post office (across the road) and getting a bit of paper but that is another chat for another day. It takes 2 minutes and it's on my way to work so doesn't bother me.
Anyway we're down in Dundee for the wedding and I go to empty my wallet before the wedding as it's full of receipts and post office tracking things. I ask her - "have you had all the returns back or do I need to keep these?" to which she says "Yeah they're all back". All paper binned.
The next day she asks for the tracking number for a return as she's not heard anything about it. Turns out the company are an absolute nightmare for returns and if you need to contact them about a refund you need to give the tracking code. Fury as it appears I've cost us £100 odd for being too lazy to check it myself. She even put the order through my email address so I should have known they hadn't been in touch!
Yesterday I received an email saying the refund is coming. Not even going to mention it.

Also Cowdenbeath being in the North draw while Kelty are in the South.

The SPFL Trust first round draw being completed and then them setting up for the 2nd round draw.
This handy guide comes up to tell you what numbers each team are etc.Only the first round draw doesn't match what they've got on screen there. Cowdenbeath are away to Fraserburgh for example not at home to Buckie.

Fraserburgh away in the Challenge Cup.
Win that and it's home to Alloa.

Luca is absolutely excellent.

This was a bloody excellent programme. I've never really seen Sean Bean in many films/tv shows but he was absolutely phenomenal here. The whole scene with the pool balls was tough to watch despite having plenty time to prepare for it!

Coxy is an utter nightmare to play against. He'll niggle and constantly try to wind up the defenders as well as being like a duracell bunny and chasing everything down.
Should be a class above the Highland League.

I think so. Local derby. I think Kelty will skoosh it on Saturday. 4-1.
