That's Alston released. Best of luck to him. I don't think he ever quite hit the heights we all hoped he would but I think he's good enough to do a job for someone in the bottom six.

I'm not really sure what Alston is good at? He's not particularly bad at anything just not very good at anything either*.
*Apart from scoring at Ibrox.

Joe Miller FFS!
Surely Arcade Fires Rebellion (Lies) will be one of his tunes.

Willie Miller said something like Sinclair could have been killed by the bottle!
Also he turned off the 99 champions League final?
After last week they revealed John Robertson doesnt like music, I don't know which ones of these weirdos are worse.

McGuigan is a bit wierder looking .
Telfer is much cooler.
Skeds hair is higher but closest to what I thought.

I thought it was very good.
Needs refined but very little old firm & more lower leagues than Sportsound have managed all season.0 -
I was shocked that Peter Houston seems to be the only one that knows a reckless challenge is a yellow card.

Since the Dundee fans are here, do you think our game will be moved to next round day 2nd march rather than midweek?

Id like to know what result Steven Thomson would say is a cup upset? All he said was wouldnt be a shock for every tie.

For all the flaws, the tune for Celtic being team of the day was a belter!

Spurs have installed it with the foresight that the laws will be changed, very wise move. What a ground it’s going to be.
Law will probably have changed by the time its open!

Has anyone ever noticed how bad Richard Gordon is at timing his commentary on trophy lifts?
I know thats not his main job put the roar had gone up & he was still halfway through his speel.

They won't show 4 Edinburgh derbies. Both teams will have used their 4 home games quota against Celtic and Rangers.
19 Celtic away games
19 Rangers away games
4 random Celtic/Rangers home games (League opener, title clincher, trophy presentation)
6 random games, a couple of them being relegation deciders late in the season but - if they're sticking to 4 games per ground - only the bottom six will be able to host any other live matches.
its 6 per ground apart from 2 clubs who are 4 (can you guess who the 2 clubs are?)

I'm not surprised sky got the league, clubs were always going to go for highest bid.
Disappointed that bt have lost the league cup to Premier Sports.

I assume the BBCs coverage of 20 Championship games a season will be on Alba rather than BBC 1?
I think it's BBC2 this season till the new BBC Scotland channel starts

48 games a season? So less games in the TV?

Certainly mid 80's when Saints joined.
Before that Saints played in the Dewars Shield which was for the winners of the Perthshire, Forfarshire, Aberdeenshire & Stirlingshire cups.
