  1. Daniel Stendel? Will be wanting another crack at it in the top flight you'd imagine. He has Csaba II written all over him, but he'd fit the banter narrative and it'd be interesting what he could do. By all accounts, he was highly regarded at Barnsley before the Scottish media piled on to his poor early form at Hearts.
  2. Some people take my lists far too seriously in any case. I just bang up the first names I can think of. f**k knows where Simon Grayson came from.
  3. McBookie is just one guy I believe or at the very least a small unit. I doubt he makes up his lists any more scientifically than I do with mine - but he has the added bonus of people enquiring, 'What about Brian Reid?' or whatever so can add them to the list.
  4. Jim Cornette smashing the allegations made against him pretty convincingly tbh. Only thing he didn't address was Kenny Bolin's allegation that Big Show shagged his wife, but then Bolin has always had a weird relationship with Cornette. ETA: Does confirm he was/is a swinger though.
  5. The Tele is, as you'd expect, leading with Craig Levein & Tommy Wright being the two main candidates.
  6. Pressley clearly thinks he's an educated guy that has a level of thinking above most others when the reality is, he's just your stereotypical thick as f**k ex footballer and that's probably why he's a continually a failure as a manager. It's genuinely scary that he still holds himself up with such high esteem. Seems to be a common run thing with guys at Hearts the period he was with Levein being another if slightly less pompous guy that'd eat himself if he were chocolate.
  7. I just want someone I can hate. Neilson was a bit too boring to be hated in the typical fashion.
  8. Levein fairly whoring himself out to go as far as saying, 'Forget Hearts, United is where my heart is' is some bold move.
  9. Aye, even if true, Pressley still managed to come across like a complete clown. I was more angling that Neilson might also be a complete clown tbh!
  10. As a Dee, I can't make a judgement without being accused of bias one way or the other, but what I would say is that Pressley & Neilson are best mates so some of Pressley's thoughts, 'rubbish' as they may be might have been reflected by Neilson as well.
  11. Pressley ruling himself out. Saying Neilson wanted out for some time due to financial worries. Levein said that Neilson was in touch with him as far back as November wanting back at Hearts. Pressley ruling himself out, probably to the relief of United fans.
  12. Levein saying Neilson got in touch with him back in November declaring his interest to takeover then. Pressley worrying about United's future and as such ruling himself out. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/p08hp0r1
  13. This is true. Despite all that, the fans of every club he's been at tend to dislike if not hate him due to the way he has his teams playing. Bizarre.
  14. Who knew that this picture was Neilson telling Hearts fans he'd finally found his bottle?
  15. That's a bit of a kick in the stones for us. We'd only have a slim chance to win the league with Hearts in it and they've went and appointed the Championship specialist.
  16. £30 in my hipper. Happy with that. Cheers for the game lads - Really enjoyed that.
  17. Yep, hence how I deleted it. It was a little strange tbh.
  18. There is not a hope in hell you'll appoint the current Everton assistant manager whilst he's being groomed by one of the world's best managers to be his replacement when he leaves.
  19. No. Neilson was appointed in October. Ogren officially took control in the December. I hope their appointments are as bat shit mental as our American overlords.
  20. I'd like to say it was a sly dig at United spending millions to get out of the league and increasing their debt tenfold rather than it being a case of me fucking it up. So that's what I'm gonna go with.
