In an ordinary corona free world, what would've been the chances of you giving Slivka a new deal? He's a player that's impressed me every time I've caught Hibs and would love at Dens (Probably too high a wage regardless) but read on here that he flatters to deceive at times?

Looking at players for next season (I'm pretending that there's no threat to our season due to boredom and wanting to think about football) I noticed that Vykintas Slivka is out of contract along with Jamie MacDonald. I'm not a massive fan of MacDonald but think goalkeeper is our massive weak point at the moment. Conor Hazard is alright and the clean sheet record is nothing to be sniffed at, but I don't overly trust him and considering he's not conceded in 5 and only played 11 games for us, I can still think of a number of extremely poor goals he's let in. Wouldn't be despondent if we managed to bring in Hazard for another season but reckon we could do better. If we did the following business in the summer/whenever football is to begin again, I'd be over the moon: Jamie MacDonald Christophe Berra Christie Elliot Paul McGowan (New 1 year deal) Vykintas Slivka A striker. The selection is a bit of a shambles tbh. Dundee's best two players this season have been Marshall and McGhee yet neither is included in the defensive options yet Christophe Berra (Who has been excellent tbf) with his solid 6 games is included as is Cammy Kerr who's had an utterly horrendous season. Not that I'm saying they'd necessarily get in the divisional 11 - but if they are mucking up stuff I know about my own team, then who else is being missed? Shankland needs a foil ala Moffat and Clark. His form since Clark has been injured whilst still excellent certainly tailed off somewhat. I'd have Shankland & Clark as a two or Shankland, Clark & Nisbet for a three. Individually Nisbet is better than Clark - depends what way you judge it IMO.

Unlikely to keep Artur Vidal as Barca want £24m for him which as he's coming up for 34 just isn't viable. I've got 5 targets in mind and will update this thread as I bring them in.
