Long overdue win over Falkirk yesterday,been very close game's at LP between both sides but we strolled this one yesterday bossed them all over the park. Don't like to single out one player as it was a great team performance but I thought Aidan Quinn was tremendous at the back,Gardyne getting better and better every game and where to do I start with Blair Lyons

The biggest thing I think SP got wrong on Saturday was not to play Paul Watson or Terry Masson in the middle of the park,both can put in a tackle when needed which we lacked in the first half and let Fraser Fyvie dictate play.Second half was alot different with Tez snapping at him and giving Fyvie not so much time on the ball as he did in the first half. With everyone fit the Manager has a really good squad to pick a starting 11 from Lewis Milne still to come hopefully I'n the next few weeks he has been a big miss and hopefully big Elijah will come good he looks a good prospect.

No complaints really today not clinical enough Infront of goal unfortunately Cove took their chance and defended pretty solid throughout the game .Not one for blaming the ref but for me he did spoil the game in a way he had absolutely no control of the game,when the tackles where flying in he missed it all and his 2 assistant's which is poor with it being such a big game and that was for both sides not just Montrose. Last mention goes to big Morgyn Neill going down like a sack of spuds trying to get big Elijah sent off never seen anything like it in my life walked into him then went down like he had been gunned down....Very poor.Scott Ross not much better absolute ring piece of a man.

Tough game indeed for Montrose but nothing to fear,Cove a right good side 1st position in the league and the team to catch at the moment. As for the game Im going for 1-1 tight affair with both teams not giving much away.

Good highlights their... The best player on the pitch for me yesterday was Alloa Kevin Cawley cracking player caused us all sorts of problems.

A draw was a fair result today we never did enough to win the game. Game was very slow by Montrose today no urgency I thought,new boys looked ok big lad up front can certainly hold up the ball and a think we will see the real Gardyne in weeks to come. Can't have to much complaints with an off day as we are still 14 ? Unbeaten in the league....On to next weekend.
